New Friend Learning Meditation

Seasons change, thoughts change, and so does people.

The question is, what is this change we are talking about?

The change of welcoming stress, doubts, obstacles, worries, fear, guilt, resentment, anger, hate.
Or change of goodwill, courage, health, forgiveness, love, faith, peace, tranquility?

Change can only be handled by people when we create right circumstances, i.e., adopting the latter emotions.

Five days back, when I observed the trees were cut within a day, those flowers were not there anymore. For first 5 seconds it was hard, painful to think about them. They have been part of my daily morning routine since two weeks in this park.

Then, I thought maybe they were stressed, and now they are rejuvenating into a new life of peace into better version of themselves.

Friendship and the ways to define it.

Everyone has their own concept of friendship. The attributes one looks for in other person differ accordingly.

Think about the times when we were unknown to each other. The first time we talked. Then knowing one another. It took some time to get accustomed and make each other smile. A day or months in some cases.

Creating Serene Memories Everyday

What are memories?

Some incidents/moments, people, thoughts, experiences which we remember for a long time.

The box in which they are kept, can be locked for some time, However, there is not any key by which you cannot open that wide box of mind filled with tons of memories. As a thought it comes back, sometimes by yourself or other by a stimuli of surroundings, i.e., people.

When you want to achieve something, there might be battles which you would tackle everyday, you can win them by the power of your imagination.

How serene are the memories of

  • Sunrise and sunset,
  • Sunshine passing through the woods,
  • Water touching your feet at the sea-shore,
  • Sparkling waterfall,

“Become the Singer of your Life”

Love yourself and love everyone,
Forgive yourself and life becomes tranquil.

Empathize with people about how they feel, you will be elated with ability to understand humans. Showing sympathy and compassion does solve your peace of mind. On the other hand, condemning, and criticizing others is often welcoming the thoughts, and feelings of same actions for yourself.

It is easy to appreciate, it is the essence of life. To love and pass on your vibes to people. Never think negative about anyone even if you hate them. Jealousy, and greed will ensure disturbance of your temper itself. Always speak good of others. For saying negative is welcoming same thoughts and the chain of cause and effect is the law of life.

Early Morning Adventure- 28th July 2016

Today early morning, I decided to go to a park nearby. I was amazed with the colours of leaves, mixed with blend of yellow and green.

Like everything is one and everyone is connected to each other, the purple lilies. Then to my astonishment, the sky appeared as beautiful as always it is still I forgot to appreciate it in past.

The trees, flowers, roads, the drizzle; It was heavenly.

Wishes do come true!

For a change, after reading some wisdom literature books, I decided to wake up early around 6 in the morning, and Sleep at 12 in the night.

I had such a good day! Early morning freshness helped me to do what I wanted to do.
You know, the state of mind, when you think about something positively, the people around you help you without you even asking them.
It is so true, do what you want to do. Feel happy, give selflessly to others. Observe the world as a better place.
